finally went to the company's gym yesterday.
3 mins - stretching
5 mins - cycling
5 mins - elliptical machine (normal mode)
5 mins - elliptical machine (X-train reverse mode)
5 mins - step machine
15 mins - tried various machines to tone triceps
2 mins - cool down
total 40 mins
that's the max i could do for the time being...
p.s. the gym even has tvs and a water cooler!
